As this product releases chlorine relatively slowly, it may be necessary to shock dose the pool prior to its use to establish a free chlorine level more rapidly.
Note: It is recommended that you periodically (e.g., weekly/fortnightly) shock dose your pool using Blue Horizons Pool Fusion, Rapid Shock or Granular Shock (all of which we hold in stock)
