This product is a Balancer.

High total alkalinity (TA) may cause pool water to be scale forming and the pH level difficult to adjust.

Total alkalinity should be maintained between 80-150 mg/l (ppm) .

Test the total alkalinity level of the pool water and if it is above 150 mg/l (ppm) use Blue Horizons TA Reducer to lower the level.

Application Instructions: IMPORTANT – THIS PRODUCT SHOULD BE HANDLED WITH CARE. IT IS ADVISED YOU WEAR GOGGLES, GLOVES AND MASK RESPIRATOR.

1. This product should be carefully applied in one small area into the deep end of the pool with the pump(s) running.  If large quantities are required, it may be necessary to apply over a number of days while testing the total alkalinity between each application.
2. After completing the treatment, test and adjust the pH level if necessary.

Dosing/Storage: Handle products in a well-ventilated area, preferably outdoors.  Ensure lid is replaced and sealed after use – store in a cool, dry place.  Wash hands after use.
