Description

Aquablanc Combi Tablets – 4.5kg – is a gentle dual tablet non-chlorine system for use in domestic or private swimming pools. This chlorine-free system disinfects your pool water, prevents algae growth and keeps your pool water sparkling and crystal clear. Each pack compromises of 200g oxygen tablets, applied via a floating dispenser and 100g algaecide tablets, usually dosed via a skimmer basket. As a guide, these are usually dosed once per week.

Application Instructions:

Before converting a pool to Aquablanc Combi Tablets, shock dose with Blue Horizons Granular Shock, Rapid Shock or Shock ‘n’ Floc to a minimum of 5 mg/l but ideally 10mg/l free chlorine.

Initial Dose: Add two white active oxygen tablets and two blue algaecide tablets per 30m3 of pool water.

Weekly Dose: Add one active oxygen tablet and one blue algaecide tablet per 30m3 of pool water.

Apply the white oxygen tablet via a floating dispenser and the blue algaecide tablet via a clean and empty skimmer basket.
Test the oxygen level one hour after applying the Combi Tablets. The oxygen level should be between 5 – 10mg/l.
If the oxygen figure is below this level, the weekly dose rate of Combi Tablets may need to be increased.
Alternatively it may be time to shock dose the swimming pool with Aquablanc Active Oxygen Liquid or Blue Horizons Granular Shock.

Note: The dose rate will need to increase if bather numbers are high.
